\u00a0General Warranty Information<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Loudspeaker Technology Ltd\u00a0warrants new products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of\u00a06 years from the date the unit was originally shipped from Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.\u00a0 The product warranty is tied to the product not customer and is therefore transferable. The EL150 and S50 Anniversary have an original owner lifetime warranty.<\/p>\n

During the warranty period,\u00a0Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.\u00a0will repair or, at our absolute discretion, replace a faulty product. Warranty repairs must only be carried out by\u00a0Loudspeaker Technology Ltd\u00a0or our authorised service agents.<\/p>\n

A warranty claim must be processed via an authorised\u00a0Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.\u00a0Distributor or Dealer except in the case of second or more owners where it may be taken up directly with Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.<\/p>\n

All products returned as part of a warranty claim must be accompanied by a completed returns note.\u00a0 No warranty claim will be honoured without a completed returns note.\u00a0 You can\u00a0fill the form out here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Loudspeaker Technology Ltd’s\u00a0warranty liability is with its authorised dealer\/distributor. \u00a0A discussion with an end user may occur but the warranty claim must be referred to the dealer\/distributor. \u00a0Until the product has been inspected by the factory no liability will be admitted. \u00a0No warranty will be honoured without a valid serial number(s) being supplied.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the case of a claim, the product or components must be returned to the factory at the customer\u2019s expense. \u00a0If the warranty claim is accepted,\u00a0shipping costs\u00a0incurred will be reimbursed by Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Warranty Exemptions<\/h2>\n

The Warranty does not cover wear and tear.\u00a0 The Warranty on this product will be void if:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the product is misused in any way<\/li>\n
  • the product is not used in accordance with the guidelines in the product User Manual<\/li>\n
  • any unauthorised modifications or repairs are carried out<\/li>\n
  • the product is serviced or repaired other than by\u00a0Loudspeaker Technology Ltd\u00a0or our authorised service personel<\/li>\n
  • the product is operated without a mains earth (or ground) connection<\/li>\n
  • the unit is returned inadequately packed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Replacement packaging sets may be purchased from Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.<\/p>\n
