Factory Service & Repair
Hand-built in England to exacting tolerances, ATC produce the finest audio systems – designed to last. We are confident in our more than 40 years of manufacturing expertise, highlighted by our 6-year warranty offered as standard across all products. However, we do understand that some components may need further care. We are proud to offer Factory Service & Repair to extend the life of your product, should you ever need it.
Through our continued research & development and using the highest quality components, we are able to ensure not only our new products, but our serviced products produce the finest audio sound reproduction, performing as good as, and often better then when they were new.

If you reside in the UK and your product requires factory service or repair, you will need to complete our Service & Repair Booking Form – see link below to begin the process.
Our Service & Repair Process.
- Complete and submit the service repair form, you will receive an email receipt of this submission. Only deliver product to us when you are asked to do so by one of our team.
Any product delivered to our facilities prematurely will incur a storage fee or be returned at the cost of the owner.
- We will review your booking submission and contact you to discuss what further action needs to be taken.
- If your product needs to be worked on by one of our team, you will be allocated a service slot and be instructed when to deliver your product to our facility.
Please print out the Service Booking Confirmation email and include it with the returned item. Use this Service Returns Address Label to ensure the package arrives at the correct location.
- An engineer will begin work on your product when it arrives at our facility. They will contact you to provide details of the work that has been undertaken and to discuss redelivery of your products back to you.
Loudspeaker Technology Ltd. accept no liability for damage to products that may occur during shipping when returned for service or repair. If products are returned in non-original packaging, Loudspeaker Technology Ltd., reserve the right to refuse to return the products unless original packaging is used. This may require the customer to purchase a replacement packing set.
ATC provide a 12 month warranty on repairs. The warranty applies to the parts replaced and the workmanship associated with replacing these parts only.
